| Intel Scholarships Intel (Ireland) based in Leixlip offer scholarships to students in the local catchment area who study an engineering or computer science based degree or diploma course. The following students won Intel scholarships in the recent past. Rachel Cullen Amy Fitzgerald Aine Molloy Allison Davis Lynn Flannery Louise Geraghty Claire McGowan Trinity College Entrance Exhibition Scholarships Trinity College awarded these scholarships to past pupils on the basis of their Leaving Certificate points. Maeve Dooley Aisling Toolin Claire Nolan Emma Duggan Aoife Aherne Ciara Feeney Valarie Hunston Sinead Doyle Fiona Keane Anna McGillicuddy Tara Fox Sinead McNamara Trinity College Scholars Students attending Trinity College sit the 'Trinity Schols' exams in second year. The successful candidates are awarded free tuition and rooms on campus, free meals in Commons and other priviliges for a five year period. The past pupils listed below won 'Trinity Schols' in the recent past. Tara Fox Orla Keane Former Head Girl, Maeve Fitzgerald, was awarded a gold medal by Trinity College for achieving the highest marks in Business Studies in the 1999 Leaving Certificate. UCD Scholarships The following students were awarded scholarships by UCD based on the points received in their Leaving Certificate. Lyndsey Clemenger Sarah Cochrane Allison Davis NUI Maynooth Scholarships In addition to an Intel Scholarship Rachel Cullen was awarded an entrance prize of 1000 euro plus access to on-campus accommodation for her outstanding achievement in the Leaving Certificate 2002 examination. |
